This delicious shouh puerh comes from a certified organic farm at 1500 meters in Puerh Prefecture, Southwestern China. It was picked and piled in the Spring of 2020 for around 45 days.
It is already great for drinking, or can be aged to let the flavors mature and evolve over time. This is a high quality, low cost entry into the world of shou puerh.

Brewing Guide:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~98C water. 5-10 second wash. 10, 15, 20 sec brews then add 5-10 seconds for additional steepings.
